Celebrating learning. Making finance simple. Protecting your blindside.

CentiLogix was founded by Aliya Hulse, an entrepreneur, financial architect, and advocate for systems thinking with over 26 years of hands-on business experience.

Her work sits at the intersection of finance, operations, and Sage learning systems, grounded in the understanding that businesses do not run on numbers alone, but on decisions, communication, and structure.

As a Sage Learning Method Certified Coach and Trainer, Aliya approaches every business through systems thinking. Rather than addressing isolated issues, she encourages owners and her teams to analyze how pricing, people, processes, and performance interact — and how those interactions ultimately shape profitability. This perspective allows her to identify inefficiencies and profit leaks that are often missed in traditional financial reviews.

Prior to founding CentiLogix, Aliya spent over 8 years building MWM Systems, where her teams work with companies across industries to strengthen communication, develop high-performing teams, and merge cultures. Aliya's teams consistently drive results in increased revenue, improved operational efficiency, and stronger overall business performance.

What distinguishes Aliya’s approach is her ability to translate complexity into clarity — turning financial and operational data into structured, actionable insight.

She has worked with startups, owners and operators, and leadership teams across a wide range of industries, always with a focus on aligning how a business operates with how it generates profit.

Aliya is also an author, currently writing a book focused on the origins of systems theory, with publication planned for the end of 2026.

CentiLogix is a direct evolution of her work.

It was built on a clear observation: most businesses are not lacking effort — they are lacking visibility. Revenue is tracked, but profit is often misunderstood. Decisions are made, but not always with a complete view of their financial impact.

As Financial Architects, CentiLogix was created to solve that problem — providing structured analysis, clear insight, and a practical path to stronger, more profitable operations.

Because when the system is in sync, the outcome becomes intentional.

Power to the people. Structure to the dreams. Executing the game plan.

Dan is a businessman, entrepreneur, and executive leader with more than 25 years of experience restructuring systems, strengthening internal operations, and helping businesses turn strategy into execution. His career began in the restaurant industry, where he learned firsthand that successful businesses are built on more than good ideas. They require ambitious people, strong leaders, clear systems, accountability, and disciplined execution.

For the past 15 years, Dan has served in executive leadership roles, working with organizations navigating growth, operational challenges, leadership transitions, and the need to turn strategic plans into measurable results. Many leaders are good at developing strategy. The real challenge is execution. That is where Dan excels.

Dan and his teams work directly with business owners, executives, and management teams to build the structural foundation organizations need to grow—from organizational structure and team alignment to operational systems, leadership accountability, and execution. But his work goes beyond traditional strategy and operations.

In collaboration with Sage Innovations, Dan’s team is exploring a different question:
What happens when we stop treating innovation as an AI problem and start developing the collective intelligence of the people inside the organization? Sage Innovations uses systems thinking, chaos theory, and proprietary feedback tools to help organizations identify internal barriers that are often difficult to see—and create stronger communication and collaboration across teams, disciplines, and levels of leadership. As businesses become increasingly complex, the ability to connect perspectives, break down information silos, and coordinate human intelligence with emerging technology may become one of the most important competitive advantages an organization can develop.

Outside of business, Dan enjoys being a business partner, father, dirt-track racer, hunter, and mentor to young professionals and aspiring entrepreneurs.

About Us

Who We Are

We are a financial, accounting and operational intelligence firm focused on one thing: uncovering where profit is made, where it’s lost, and how to fix it.

We work with startups, service-based businesses, and operational companies across industries — including logistics, trades, restaurants, healthcare, and emerging ventures.

Our clients range from founders building their first company to established operators scaling multi-million dollar businesses, as well as venture capital and angel investment firms seeking deeper visibility into portfolio performance.

We bring clarity to the numbers that actually drive your business.

Our Approach

Most financial reporting tells you what has already happened.

We focus on why it happened — and what to do next.

Our approach combines financial analysis with operational insight. We break businesses down into their core economic drivers: per unit, per job, per service, per customer.

We look at:

  • How revenue is generated
  • Where costs are truly incurred
  • How pricing aligns with reality
  • Where inefficiencies are hiding

Then we translate that into clear, actionable decisions.

No fluff. No vague advice. Just precise insights tied to real numbers.

Our Mission

Our mission is to make profit visible.

Too many businesses operate on revenue, assumptions, and incomplete data. We exist to change that.

We help founders build smarter companies from the start.
We help operators scale with control and confidence.
We help investors see what’s actually happening inside the businesses they back.

Because when profit is clear, better decisions follow.
And better decisions build stronger companies.
